Please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility as a patient to ensure that your carrier covers services in our office.  We will gladly verify your benefits and provide you with an estimate as a courtesy, but be aware that your insurance company may deny payments and defer them to you as a patient. 

For those with little or no insurance coverage, a discount medical plan through Efficient Care Solutions, The Wellness Group or ChiroHealthUSA offers the option to forgo insurance and self-pay instead.  This option allows for simplified rates while still giving access to our clinic's treatment.  Please contact the office or ask the front desk for more information and self-pay rates.
